Applications for the 2022 Cooperant Solidarity & Human Rights Training are open!

The cooperant program is an important part of the BTS’s solidarity efforts to support the work of partners in Guatemala. While the pandemic caused the program to temporarily shift towards virtual accompaniment, we are excited to move forwards with an in-person training this spring followed by placements in the fall and early 2023.

The Maritimes-Guatemala Breaking the Silence Network is an organization that works in solidarity with human rights groups in Guatemala fighting for social, economic, environmental, and cultural justice. We have opened applications for our 2022 Cooperant placements and Solidarity & Human Rights training.
