Navigate Aging: How you can help your family prepare for the years ahea

Aging is something we all go through — but most families don’t talk about it until they’re forced to; in the midst of overwhelm, fear & distress.

Whether you’re over 50 yourself, or your parents are, now is the time to prepare for what’s ahead. This workshop will equip you with key considerations, conversations, and plans that make the aging journey smoother and more intentional.

You’ll walk away with a clearer understanding of how to approach aging optimally — for yourself or for someone you love — and how to start the conversations that too many families avoid until it’s too late.

Bring your parent, partner, or adult child. Aging is a journey to navigate together.

When: Tuesday September 9th

Time: 5-7pm

Facilitator: Jessica Davis

This workshop is free for all to attend.
