North of Nowhere Book Tour
Join us for an evening with Marie Wilson, former Truth and Reconciliation Commissioner and author of North of Nowhere, one of the Hill Times 100 Best Books of 2024.
With powerful storytelling, Wilson shares her first-hand experiences witnessing survivor testimonies and reflects on the ongoing journey of reconciliation in Canada. Sponsored by Women of First Light, Tatamagouche Centre, North Shore Chapter of the Council of Canadians, and the Tatamagouche Area United Churches, this event is an opportunity to engage with an essential conversation on truth, healing and reconciliation.
