Returning to this place and these practices is like returning to my spiritual home. There is a spontaneous dropping into ease acceptance and authenticity that I treasure, and trust will carry with me in the days ahead. Participant

Invitation to Rest for Black and Indigenous Elders and Activists, August, 2020

-A sincere and warm thank you for the centre hosting us this weekend. What a blessing. What a privilege. We got to eat, sleep, rest, sightsee, beachcomb, sunbathe, Drysdale waterfall, market, Jost winery, Nelson Park, did the Labryinth, met some new folks, caught up with some community folk and took in the beauty of the area.

-Thanks so much to the warm friendly staff that fed us… The food was awesome.
