Relationships are at the heart of all we do. Our people, our communities are our strength. Those who work here care deeply about this special place. There is always someone available to answer questions, give support, or simply provide a friendly face.
Staff & Board
We are a small staff team here everyday including most weekends from June through November. As a small team, most of our staff wear more than one hat. A volunteer Board of Directors stewards our strategy, vision and finances in support of our team.
We also have a dedicated team of facilitators, healers, leaders and activists who create and lead the diverse selection of programs offered year-round at the Centre. Several affinity and advisor groups deepen our work and our practices including: Peace and Friendship Committee made of Indigenous and Non-Indigenous members; Maritimes-Guatemala Solidarity Network; Black leadership advisory council (BLAC).
