Gentle Hatha Yoga for Seniors

Join Patricia Campbell for a guided series of gentle Hatha Yoga classes.

When: Monday September 8, 15, 22, 29, and October 6

Time: 1-2pm

Hatha yoga is a classical yoga consisting of a combination of breath work and movement. 

This practice helps with:

Better sleep

Decreases anxiety

Increases flexibility and balance

Please wear comfortable clothing, bring a yoga mat, (there will be a few extras), a throw or a shawl for the relaxation at the end, and water to drink.

Remember to have a clean pair of shoes when coming into the Sanctuary.

Limited space available.  Well suited for Seniors!

With help from the Government of Canada’s New Horizons for Seniors Program, Tatamagouche Centre is pleased to offer the Rooting & Connecting Isolated Seniors part 2. Free to all seniors (aged 55+) and youths these sessions will offer various workshops centred around health.
