We are sorry to announce that the workshop with Kari Bonnyman has been cancelled due to illness.
Stay tuned for rescheduling later this fall.
In this empowering dance workshop, participants will explore self-confidence, self-expression, and emotional release through movement. No dance experience is needed - just an open heart and curiosity. This workshop invites youth and seniors to explore free movement to music, connecting with their body's natural rhythm and intuition. You'll also get a taste of belly dance basics to inspire flow and confidence. Participants can expect to:

Feel empowered by tuning into their body's natural flow
