Casual/Seasonal 2nd Cook position available

Tatamagouche Centre is a spiritual and justice-oriented retreat and education centre. We already have a busy year of bookings ahead. We are looking for a casual cook for our 2022 summer/fall seasons.

Position requirements:

. Experienced in preparing meals and snacks. for 12 to 40 people. . This is not a short-order cook position as we prepare home cooked meals.

. Able to prepare evening meals for groups of up to 40 alone or alongside a prep cook (depending on size of group).

. Good with the public - open, warm and friendly with guests. Team player.

. 15 to 20 hours per week during our busy summer/fall seasons.

. Most of the hours will take place on weekends.

. Starting wage: $17/hour.
