Dance Improvisation

Structured Dance Improvisation:  Open to all experience levels, capacities and body types:  This class explores your comfort zone and increase your diversity in movement.  The first part of the class Susan will offer guided prompts to encourage you to discover forms and tools for movement, the second unguided portion will inspire you to explore your own personal creativity in a safe space.

Susan Stephen has taught dance and movement most of her life, with a short respite to operate a small farm.  She owned and operated a dance studio with 150 students in Lincoln, Nebraska for 15 years, and subsequently taught in Baltimore, Maryland, Halifax, and Tatamagouche.
