Join Lisa Langille and learn gentle Tai Chi moves to improve balance and concentration!

When: every Tuesday from Oct 7 to Nov 4

Time: 10-11am

Free to seniors. Drop in welcome.

All classes are stand alone, join one or join all. 

Please bring a pair of comfortable indoor shoes for this class.

Classes will be held at Tatamagouche Centre Stewart Hall in the Sanctuary

Please change to your indoor shoes when you come in.
